Pamela R. Novosel, MD
Dr. Novosel was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she played basketball for the University of Pittsburgh. She moved to the Wilmington area in 1991. After completing medical school at East Carolina University, Brody School of Medicine, she returned to Wilmington to complete her OB-GYN residency at New Hanover Regional Medical Center. She has been providing care to women in the community since 2009. She joined Azalea Gynecology in February 2019 and worked closely with Dr. Celine Daily, who founded the practice, until she retired in May 2020. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, scuba diving, camping, and spending time with her dogs.

We are excited to welcome Kaitlin Laws, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, to our practice in June 2025. Kaitlin earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University in 2024 and brings with her 10+ years of nursing experience. She specializes in providing care for women, including post-operative care following gynecological surgeries, pediatric critical care, and post-anesthesia recovery. Originally from Buffalo, NY, Kaitlin moved to Wilmington in 2021 with her husband, Adam, and their two sons. She is dedicated to improving access to high-quality women’s health services through compassionate, patient-centered care. Outside of work, Kaitlin enjoys visiting the beach and spending time outdoors with her family.
